Hi, I’m JACQUELINE!

Welcome, welcome! It’s so nice to have you here. I’m super thrilled to introduce you to the practice of Essentrics through my lens as a mom of two young girls…and someone who’s been practicing regularly for over 10 years.

That’s right, I’m just like you. Someone loving days spent raising little humans. Someone taking in every minute and revelling in how quickly time flies. Someone looking for comfort and reliability in my body as I tap out my energy come day’s end. Will I make it through the next one with ease or will I struggle to lift my kids, carry, lift, or push their equipment, or be comfortable sleeping?

I have my own struggles just like you, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Essentrics helps me every time I feel stiff or weak physically. 

That’s why it’s a staple in my life and why I’m beyond enthusiastic about teaching it and all it can offer you. And it shows in my energy, my positivity, and my engagement.  Not to mention the intricate detail and personalized cueing I use to help you get the most out of my classes. And the music…did I mention I have a diploma in Music Industry Arts?

I’m a Certified Level 3 Essentrics®️ Instructor with 10 years of teaching under my belt. I’m constantly learning about this program and now more than ever about the anatomy and physiology of the female body and the intricacies of how it works, specifically through the season of motherhood - pregnancy, labour, postpartum and beyond. 

Becoming a mom has shaped and shifted my focus within this practice in a way relevant to me and probably every mom out there. Our bodies were designed for it all, yet it sometimes feels like the biggest physical challenge of our lives. 

My goal in working with you is to attempt to alleviate at least a portion of that. And I know I can do it.

what to expect in my classes

My classes are fun and challenging, and they provide a safe environment for you to try new things with your body. I create a positive and motivational atmosphere in which you can trust your body to move deeper in a comfortable way, leaving you feeling lighter, stronger, and more flexible.

As a Certified Level 3 Essentrics® instructor with 10 years of teaching experience, I’m trained in:

  • the fundamental principles of the program

  • its signature trademark exercises

  • specific exercises and teaching methods that increase flexibility and support the body therapeutically either through recovery or guiding it back from stasis

  • the anatomy and physiology behind the movements and methods within the program

My intention is not only to help you move better and more safely, but also to teach you more about how your body works and how this program is designed and executed for maximum results.

An hour spent with me is never an hour wasted. Taking time to assess your needs is important to me and I want to see you succeed. I believe any movement is good for the body and that this program is designed to help any body feel better.


I want to work with you if you feel you need to bring your physical body into balance, and let’s face it…if you’ve been pregnant and given birth, you’re likely out of balance! Mom bodies are special and they deserve gentle care and tending to, and they also deserve to be strong and capable. Heck, they got a lot of work to do!

On my worst days, when I feel like I can’t lift another little human or sleep comfortably and don’t know how I’ll make it through, I turn to Essentrics.
